Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup Policy.

Orders are processed within 2 Hours of purchase and with several shipping options available: Standard (5-7 days), Expedited (2-3 days), and Overnight (1 day). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed, and tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to resolve the issue, which may incur additional shipping charges. For local customers, in-store pickup is available; simply select this option at checkout.

Orders can be picked up at 82227 Hwy 111, Suite B2, Indio, CA 92201, during our business hours of 8:30AM- 5:30PM. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when picking up. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
